By using ProMaterialCalc you agree to these terms. If you do not agree with them, please do not use the site. These terms apply to every visitor, whether you are estimating one bag of mulch or pricing a full driveway.

ProMaterialCalc provides free online calculators that convert your dimensions into material volumes, tonnages, and bag counts. The tools are provided free of charge and are supported by advertising.

We may add, change, or retire a calculator at any time, and we may suspend the site for maintenance. We try to keep the formulas stable, and we note the figures behind them on the method and sources section of the home page.

You are welcome to use the calculators for personal and commercial estimating. When using the site, do not:

• Scrape, mirror, or rehost the site or its calculators as your own product.
• Send automated bulk requests, or otherwise load the site in a way that degrades it for other people.
• Attempt to bypass, disable, or interfere with the advertising or consent mechanisms.
• Present the estimate as a certified engineering calculation, a licensed takeoff, or a guarantee of quantity.
• Use the site for anything unlawful.

Every figure the site produces is an estimate based on the values you enter and on published industry data. It is not engineering advice, not a structural design, and not a substitute for a quantity takeoff by a licensed professional. The estimation disclaimer set out separately on this site forms part of these terms.

The site's text, layout, calculators, and guides are owned by ProMaterialCalc and are protected by copyright. You may quote or link to our content with attribution, but you may not copy substantial portions of it or present it as your own work.

The site displays advertising and may link to supplier or reference sites. Ads and links are not endorsements: we do not control, and are not responsible for, the products, pricing, claims, or privacy practices of any advertiser or third-party site. Any dealings you have with them are between you and them.

The service is provided on an as-is and as-available basis, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including any implied warranty of accuracy, merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any estimate will match the material your supplier actually delivers.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, ProMaterialCalc is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profit, material, time, or goodwill arising from your use of the site.

This includes material ordered against an estimate, shortages or overages, project delays, rework, and any defects in completed work. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited, and nothing here affects statutory consumer rights you may have.

These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which the site operator is established, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Where you are a consumer, you keep the protection of the mandatory consumer law of your country of residence.

We may update these terms as the site changes. The revision date at the top of this page shows the current version, and continued use of the site after an update means you accept the revised terms.
